The room has comfortable beds, I guess.
The staff wasn't really helpful at all. The room was shabby and cold. The Wetherspoons nearby made it very noisy outside, so I didn't sleep well.

The hotel's central location was very convenient. I could easily walk to many shops. I found the room to be clean and adequately sized. I slept well due to the comfortable bed, and I appreciated the good shower. The staff were FRIENDLY.
The control panel for the radiator lacked instructions, so I could only set it to maximum heat or off.

the hotel told me about the two closest car parks and their postcodes before i got there. this information was very helpful to me. all the staff were very friendly, and they helped me. i forgot my plug for charging my phone and borrowed one at reception.
the room was basic, but very clean and cheap so i can't really complain, but the bed was not the most comfortable.
