The room has comfortable beds, I guess.

The staff wasn't really helpful at all. The room was shabby and cold. The Wetherspoons nearby made it very noisy outside, so I didn't sleep well.

Great Central Location

central location adequate room comfortable bed good shower

The hotel's central location was very convenient. I could easily walk to many shops. I found the room to be clean and adequately sized. I slept well due to the comfortable bed, and I appreciated the good shower. The staff were FRIENDLY.

The control panel for the radiator lacked instructions, so I could only set it to maximum heat or off.

Service

9/10

The staff were helpful and quick. They addressed my questions immediately. I stored my luggage safely after checkout while I attended an event downtown. The reception area looked clean and organised.

Facilities

8/10

A lift provided access to reception on the first floor. I noted one lift was operational. The Wetherspoon's next door provided a convenient option for breakfast. This proximity made getting a quick, affordable meal easy.

Rooms

8/10

The room offered basic tea and coffee. no decaf option existed. I found earplugs provided in the room, a thoughtful touch. The provided towels were clean and placed conveniently.

Dining

9/10

I found a Wetherspoon's restaurant right next to the hotel. This location provided an affordable breakfast option. I experienced no issues getting a table. The proximity was very convenient.
